This is a case in 2023. The customer had his own unique idea for this racing car at first. After many communications, he finally confirmed it and started designing and producing it.

After we mastered all the detailed requirements of the customer, we first made a 3D design drawing for the customer and delivered it to the customer for size and details confirmation from all angles. This process only took 2 days for us and the customer to cooperate tacitly and reach a consensus. At the same time, the customer also recognized the 3D design drawings made by our designers. We have our own professional design department, and each project will be followed up by a dedicated designer until the design drawing is approved by the customer.

Next we will enter the production stage. First, we will make the initial model of the 3D design drawing through foam and modify the details. After the foam model is made, we will start the production.

Material:

The material is made of high-quality fiberglass. Fiberglass is the preferred material for sculpture projects because of its high plasticity, high strength, corrosion resistance and durability. Therefore, it can be shaped into different shapes and complex sculptures. The sculptures made can be suitable for use in different environments. Whether it is outdoor wind and rain, or indoor alternation of hot and cold, the sculptures can be used for a long time and are not easily damaged by the environment.

Color:

During the coloring stage, our painters hand-color the sculptures using professional car paint. This raw paint is not easy to crack or fade. After the coloring is completed, we will add  protective oil to the surface of the sculpture. It can well protect the color from being mixed, stained, cracked or damaged during the later display and use. At the same time, we will also add glossy to the sculpture to make its surface look smooth and flawless.

After the 30-day production time agreed with the customer, we completed the production and delivered it to the customer in 25 days ahead of schedule, which won the praise and recognition of the customer. They praised our punctuality and professionalism and recognized our product quality. We are also very grateful for the customer's choice, which allowed us to complete this artwork together.
