Heavy Metal Punk Bar Decor
Bars are places that can be found in every city for people to relax and have fun. In bars, you can see many different kinds of people, some relaxing after get off work, some gathering with friends, and some people who need inspiration and creativity, who will choose to go to bars for a drink to add some unique ideas to themselves. No matter where the bar is, each bar has its own characteristics that will make people stop, open the door, walk in and order a glass of whiskey.
There are many styles of bar decoration, such as industrial style, utopian style, classical European style, etc., and what we are going to learn about next is a retro rock and heavy metal style. Let us guess what kind of decoration this is?
In August 2024, we were commissioned by Meyer, a German client, to design the interior for his bar. The style he pursued was steampunk heavy metal with some rock elements. After getting the client's clear needs, we began to make a design plan for the client.
We have experience in designing restaurants, bars, and home decoration for different customers. Combining our previous experience in decoration for different customers, we first confirmed the decorations that can bring out the three important elements of "Steampunk";"Rock" and "Heavy metal".
Bar table: We make a 16-foot circular bar table for customers. The bar is made of heavy metal. The metal has a certain weight, which is better for long-term use and stable and not easy to shake. We have done a good job of rust prevention on the metal surface. It is waterproof and anti-corrosive and is completely suitable for daily cocktail making and front desk reception. There are 2 layers of shelves and drawers inside the bar table, which are convenient for placing daily wine glasses, materials, props, etc.
The exterior of the bar table is a combination of gears, steam pipes, springs, nuts, LEDs and other accessories. It has a combination of steam punk style and retro industrial style, and there are also several small lights of different colors around the central LED headlight, which highlights the peculiarity and rock.
Hanging wine glass rack: We customized a wine glass rack with "metal water pipe" as the element for customers in the air. The 16-foot wine glass rack is suspended in the air, which not only saves space, but also makes it easy to take and makes people's eyes bright. Special designs always attract people's attention.
We have added "Speakers";"Gears";"Exposed springs";"Guitars";"Light bulbs" and other accessories to the wine glass rack. The combination of various elements and accessories in different styles sets off the overall retro steampunk style, and also highlights the rock atmosphere brought by all heavy metal.
In addition, we also prepared a set of DJ bar counters, metal robot drum sets, water pipe walls, and gear wall clocks for the decoration of the bar. After the client completed the decoration of the entire bar, he also welcomed many of his customers. They were all shocked by this "steampunk metal" style series of decorations. When you go to the bar, it seems like you have traveled back to the retro industrial era of the last century. There is a bit of retro feeling in the coldness that makes people think deeply.
