2. Raw materials
For the production of large sculptures, there are strict requirements on the selection of materials. For different products, we use different raw materials, such as high-quality fiberglass, solid stainless steel, and durable and strong automotive metal. These materials can be selected according to customer needs and project characteristics.
We have a professional production team, and each process can be closely coordinated with each department to ensure that the sculpture meets high quality standards from design to completion, including precision welding and polishing of stainless steel; fine grinding and hand-painting of fiberglass; metal anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment. 3. Packaging
Packaging is an important final link for each complex and large-sized sculpture. The safety of packaging also affects transportation. We usually use different packaging for different products. Thickened pearl cotton or bubble bags will be used to wrap and bundle the products in all aspects to prevent shock during transportation. The outside is customized with sturdy wooden boxes that meet international transportation standards to facilitate loading and unloading of forklifts.
